Lame way to get the extra point in the Bettman shootout but hey...it all counts. |

I’m betting Loady had a great time at the game last night .Saddledome is such an amazing venue to watch a game at. The crowd atmosphere rivals none other. I’m sure he picked up a couple Flame souvenirs for his buddies in here.
I was wrong with my prediction, EP40 didn’t get out pointed by Weegar, they had the same amount of points. Looks like he may be turning a corner and taking a step in the right direction. Up to 14 goals now, things are looking up. |

I switched over to the Coyotes game when it started, I think the Canucks were leading 2-1, but from what I saw of this kid, he played really well.
"Victor Mancini logged 18:25 at 5v5 tonight.
#Canucks outshot the Flames 13-7, controlled 81% of expected goals and outscored CGY 1-0 during Mancini's shifts.
Mancini's quietly been a handy, effective contributor" |

He’s a big kid that plays an uneventful game. Needs to use that size more, but it will come as he gets more experience. |

He had the highest analytical game score of anyone on either team apparently |

Dylan Guenther was pretty good last night too, goal and an assist in the 3-2 win. Nice one-timer on the PP to score the winning goal. |

Your hard on for him is crazy. I remember when you said he would score 40 goals this year |

Well, he's had a few injuries but he's a good Canadian kid, only 21 years old, 6'1" - 195 lbs with speed to burn and a great shot. I mean, what's not to like about him? He would look good on EP40's wing right now, instead we've got Garland and a 4.75 million dollar cap hit for a guy to not play for the Canucks. #management101 |

I’d be interested to see how this person generates these metrics. Promising stuff from the new guys! |

It's @hockeystatcards on Twitter, he has links to his website/patreon there. I find his cards typically line up with what I see during the games pretty well, Mancini was excellent last night. |

Some interesting stuff, looking into their metrics Myers has had some of the best and worst statistical games but doesn't fall into the bottom 10 on average. To no surprise, hronek and huggy are up top, Garland is very good. EP40 better than you would think given the year he's had.

Myers should not have been brought back considering we could have kept Zadorov and Cole. |

The entertainment value sure increases with Hughes in the lineup, he is amazing at 75% he was definitely hurting. |

He’s such an amazing play-driver, completely different team with him in the lineup. |

Remarkable his impact even with this current roster. If he hadn't missed so many games he'd be the leading Norris candidate again IMO. |

Yeah, again all that you listed passes the "eye test" in my mind. I know especially early in the year Hughes was having some mind boggling games that were borderline breaking the metrics |
