This is his 3rd season of 40+ points, so not agreeing there. He's not that great defensively, but since he's the PP1 guy and more of a offensive role he seems good at it. I'd be more concerned with the injuries, the offensive upside is clearly there.

Watching game in game out, QH effect on the play on ice is as good if not better then McDavids .
And with the added responsibility of the defensemen and the added shifts and time on ice , I dare say QH is the best hockey player of any nation right now , and that said , if he was available for 4nations , Canada would have faced a completely different American beast .
It's amazing to see how much this team relies on him , and as last years playoffs showed if he's negated the Canucks are severely vulnerable with no other players to relegate his absence

If Vancouver had a half decent year, you could see a Hart argument for MVP.
