I'd be shocked Ek if Darcy moved Derek and didnt have another center coming back.
You normaly dont deal a center that has another year left on his contract when you are weak at that position to begin with.
Even for Darcy it would be stupid unless another quality center was coming back this way or a highly touted center prospect.
Perhaps Florida is in this type of chatter. |

I'm not trying to be a troll by asking this - but how would you feel as a Flyers fan if you had to trade for a tender after signing Bryz to that contract?
Furthermore, do you think if the Flyers did bring in a tender that it would bother Bryz? The guy seems a little out there (what goalie isn't? EK can answer this) and could this further degrade his already fragile confidence?
I personally think given time Bryz will be more then fine...but then again I've only seen about 10 Flyers games this year... |

That is unless you get such a good offer from someone you have to move him. Don't see that happening with Roy but you never know I guess. There's always a Milbury/Suter/JFJ/Howson somewhere. |

GM Darcy Regier was just interviewed on wgr550 and stated that he and Goose with his agent will be meeting again Sunday.
Whether or not they get a deal done , not sure but Darcy made sure he said that by no later than Sunday will he be meeting with Goose and his agent once again.
