For the last few weeks, I have een wondering if they would trade away some of the youth. I am satisfied that they did not do so. Hopefully, with everyone back and the two new defensemen, it is time to start to put things together.

Sometimes you need to make changes from a GM's standpoint and sometimes the Players & Coaches just need to be better. There is a ton of talent and experience on this team, we need to let it work itself out. There is no definite guarentee to a cup, but this team has as good a chance as any, and way better than most.

BTW I really like Grossman, I like having a good young big Defensive defensemen back there. If he continues to work out I hope we can find a way to keep him. Of our top 4 defensemen, most are the lighter puck moving variety, we could use a little more heft to clear the crease.

I'm glad Homer didn't trade any of our young studs. As for this year the team overall has played better then I expected. It's nice seeing what all these rookies bring to the table. I have no idea what to expect when the playoffs come but I think this team will be much better next year since we're bringing all these kids back.
