Some reasonable deal around Konencky and no. 5 would make sense.
The Habs are MUCH CLOSER to relevant than the Flyers, sadly.
This would almost assure the Flyers that they can get their Russian and possibly a nice RHD and STILL have another pick in the first round.
The Habs get a pure sniper who's young, on a good contract for two more years.
Feels like a win-win to me. |
