Blues pick up Joseph and a 3rd and Faksa for nothing. They also signed Buch to a 6 year extension at 8 per. I don’t mind any of these deals. Buch we needed to resign. He wasn’t going to sign too cheap as he is almost a point per game player with the Blues. Needed him to remain in the top 6 for us. The other two don’t really know too much about but they will fill out the bottom 6 while replacing AHL players that have been playing for us.

And now we just landed Joseph’s brother, who played for Pittsburgh. Low key signing, but I like it.

At 6’2 we needed a defenseman like him for the bottom pairing

He'll give you some offensive aptitude. He's not very good defensively. Never played many minutes either.

Bottom pairing for the blues sees less than 10 minutes. Parayko and Faulk eat most of the minutes. Krug Perunovich and the guys that came up last year will do the load bearing

Wait. Which one? The forward Or defenseman

The forward won’t see much time either as a 3-4th liner
