Id like to see them make a run at a C in FA, theres a few quality ones. I think brock nelson would be an interesting target and he shouldnt break the bank.

If they cant sign skinner they need to try for duchene

Marner isn’t a good defensive player He’s only on the first PK unit and on the ice against the Bergeron line the whole game with Tavares becuase they want to be scored on.

IMO Skinner should be priority 1 even before they hire a coach, going to be pretty hard to get Duchene to sign here IMO.

Do you sign him at whatever the cost or let him walk after a certain point with oloffson knocking on the door and a handful of proven scorers that are UFA

They could try and replace his scoring by committee, and it might make the team better

Skinner is what 26 ? should be 9 if not damn close. We don't have a 40 goal scorer on this team, sets the team back without Skinner. Lot of players are 1 denominational and make big money.
