And because today is a cheat day for my diet, a little dessert:

Chocolate Tower Truffle Cake: 1,760 calories.

And I'll probably feel a little sluggish after that meal, so I'll need a little pick-me-up:

Caramel royale macchiato: 510 calories.

Total calories: 7,670.

To put it into perspective, my watch estimates when I run a marathon, I burn off about 3,200 - 3,400 calories.

But don't worry - I'm getting the ranch dressing on the side.
