Trading Myers is a bad idea, he going to be a seasoned D-man by the time our young guy start coming around. Unless the return is over payment he not going anywhere.

Minimum return:
A first round pick, TOP prospect, and a young player with a lot of upside, if you want to talk here's the number, if not fine, don't waste our time.

I don't think they start with Nyquist, imo.

They do have a glut of nice young forwards, though. Roster and non roster players. These two teams seem, on paper, like they'd be good trade partners.

You have to remember, Detroit is in the same division now. So if a trade is going to go down between them, it's going to be pretty significant. I think that alone makes Detroit a poor trading partner though.

I was more or less hiding because it's an overpayment for Myers which I think is going to have to happen for him to be moved. I just don't want to get into one of those debates
