He’s the only player we need. He’s the kind of player you build around. - Cptmjl
Lee will have to be bumped down to the 2nd or 3rd line. You can't mess with success. |

No.
You bump Pelech down to play with Mayfield. Lee pairs with Pulock and wins the Norris halfway through the seasons by unanimous acclimation. |

Agreed. We did make it further due to him being on the first line. |

He has to add the other H because I thought he meant the mustache hall of fame. |

Leo Komarav for HHOF - niteislander
Let it’s already in. They waived any and all waiting periods and requirements for him. That’s how badly they wanted him. |

Now I don’t speak Estonian, Russian, Finnish, German, Latvian, Lithuanian or French, but I’m thinking he’s saying “(frank) you, Lou!”.

How is he still getting work? - Isleshockeyman
I think the real question should be: How did someone get drafted 4th overall that couldn't hack it in the NHL, AHL, KHL, or DEL? |

You would have to ask Snowballz that question. I will give Garth credit, even though he made that pick, he raked Chia over the coals to get rid of him. Although he raked him a few times. |

Heard that Casey Cizikas' deal with the #Isles is as @FriedgeHNIC heard last month: Six years at around $2.5 million per.
AAV could be a bit higher, but anything under $3m per is a huge boost for the #Isles and their cap situation. And they have their Identity Line center. |

not sure how Lou gets these guys to all sign these deals but that is a heck of a good AAV

The term stinks, but that's the only way the AAV was kept lower than the AAV on his last deal.
Shouldn't surprise anyone that pays attention and it's a good deal for the short-term for sure. Hopefully, towards the end of the deal, it isn't buyout proof because I'm not super confident that Cizikas will be close to the same player then as he is now. |
