Had a Ghost Pig IPA at arguably the best new (about two years old) restaurant in Lake Placid a couple of weeks ago ............ one of the smoothest beers I've ever had.

The food was great, but remember, if you're a Canadian, the serving sizes in the USA will usually be enough for two people ........ I ordered the Beef Brisket, and it was fantastic, but struggled to eat half of it.
