Another one where "her people" waited almost a month before announcing her death, as all the news notices say it was back on 9 Jan 23.
And on an interesting side note, I never knew that the father of Swoosie Kurtz, who played Johnny Upton's wife (making an appearance midway through the above clip), was a decorated WWII bomber pilot, and she was named after a special airplane that her father flew. Notably, the oldest surviving B-17 Flying Fortress and the only D model in existence, and is on exhibit at the USAF museum in Dayton in their restoration hanger (currently preserved but expected to be fully restored... someday). I've been there multiple times and might have even seen it, but never put two and two together until looking things up for Suzanne Hanrahan on Wikipedia.
