IDK why DeBrusk is being linked to the Rangers. Other than size, he offers little to this team plus his cap hit will be prohibitive beyond this season. Easy PASS... |

my dark horse trade target, assuming the Kraken are willing to move him for the right price, is Jared McCann. Guy can play all forward positions and is going to be an RFA at the end of the year due for a modest raise from his current $3m contract. It only works if we A) move him in the offseason or B) do not resign strome as he could be our 2C or 3C depending on Chytil's progression. If he only is here as a rental i'd say we could do better given the large amount of cap space we have for the rest of the season
i'd love to keep strome on a team friendly deal, which would still put us up against the cap, AND keep McCann as he is a 2 way forward that can slot anywhere in the lineup. but that doesn't seem likely given the limited amount of space we'd be able to free up via trades/buyouts in the best of scenarios |

OMG I hope we find a way to resign Strome. Huge mistake to let him walk and he is a good guy

Anyone that considers Debrusk a physical presence must not watch Bruin games or is confusing him with his father |

So if you're not invited to WJ camp do you pretty much only make the team if there is an injury? Or is Othman def not making it |

Don't know about that. I just Googled "Canadian junior camp invite" and this is what came up.
Also, where the (frank) do people get the names for their children from anymore?!?!? |
