have you done any studies where you compare data regarding how many of these days you've been in the flyers thread?

I have all the ingredients for a massive migraine. Stress, lack of water, gaymeday. It's only a matter of time.

I had a bad migraine this morning for a few hours. Not alcohol related, but more like spending 1 hour last night pushing the in-law's car out of my mudded up yard with anger.

Amazing thread.

I too suffer from the migraine. When I was in school, up to 4-5 times a week. If they are stress related things can get pretty bad. more migraines = more stress = more migraines.

Get exercise, walking is probably the best. Get a routine down, eating, drinking, work, exercise. If you drink coffee, drink the same amount every day. Try not to procrastinate anything.

I wouldn't search too much for triggers, I found the more I looked for triggers the more triggers I found. For instance atmospheric pressure, I've been told by countless people to watch the barometer. There are even websites that specifically tell you whether or not it's a good day for migraines (http://www.accuweather.co...5g/migraine-weather/55488). How much added stress are you going to have when you see a low pressure system coming in?

Hello, friend.

I would get them all the time when I was in elementary school. Now it seems to be 1-2 a month.
