Like your head is being continuously compressed in a vice. Mine come with stomach pain and I usually end up throwing up. I can't do anything, I have to lay down and try to find the one position where I don't feel like I'm dying and when I do I stay there for hours.

my uncle's got a brain tumor. i bet he gave this to me.

i know it's not contagious but he is just an awful awful human being. if there's one person who could contaminate people with cancer it'd be him.
