imo the NFL draft showed a lot. McDermott is showing our owners everything TP stated (and awkwardly at that) during the press conference of gmtm and disco's firing. How many Bills alumni came out and supported Rex Ryan like they have Sean? There was a learning curve, they had high aspirations, and they missed.

All the candidates they've interviewed thus far are all pretty good hockey minds. Them staying away from Lombardi is also very smart.

McDermott will be so good for the franchise.

Honestly you can probably take any of us off the street to do a better job then Whaley.
