Yeah. I'm happy with the foward depth we've acquired over the last 3 years. It makes it so much easier on the cap when you have guys on ELC'S. Still needing that foward that can score 80 points any giving year. And I'm really hoping to see sam steel this year. Maybe at the end of the season.
And I have too imagine if our prospects do well in San Diego this year, that Bob might trade a player at the deadline. I mean our foward lines are full so making room might be possible.
And lastly. I'm not down on watching the ducks this year. I'm actually very interested in seeing some youth move up from the AHL. And our defense and goaltending are still good. So anything can happen. I mean it can't be worse than last year. That was just awful watching that hockey. It was like drinking snucky beer to get drunk. Sure it gets you drunk but it tastes nasty. That's was ducks hockey last year.

Yet as bad as everyone thinks the Ducks were last year they still hit the 100pt mark. Yes, getting swept in the first round was disappointing, but I'm not necessarily as down on the team as others.

The D is still young. I think there's room for improvement for every single one of the kids (those 26 and younger). Gibson improved last year, and at only 25 (this month) he's still learning the position. I think he has "elite" potential. I don't think we'll hit 100 points this year, but I also don't think we're going to fall off the cliff either. Is interesting to see who makes the big club this year.

There’s plenty to read about Zadina. Google him you’ll find what you’re looking for which I’m sure you e already done.

He’ll be a 1st line player for sure. Can’t beki he dropped that low.

Yep. The 100 points got us drunk. But it tasted nasty as we watched the season. And in the end we wanted to hurl. Definitely just like a skunky beer

Sam Steel.....badass name. Now you need to draft a winger for him. Maybe Max Power

Is Derek Grant a decent 4th liner? Is he a fast skater or can play PK minutes?

Yeah, he can play great for stretches, just not for all 82. i'll always root for Derek, the dude was basically the Ducks #1 center for the first quarter of last season and helped keep the team within striking distance for a playoff spot.
