Yeah, I don’t know much about the prospects involved but on the surface this is a pretty “meh” trade

Hinostroza had nice numbers for a young player though. I’ve noticed that the Yotes are generally targeting forwards who have good zone entry numbers. Maybe they’re trying to replicate the Knights who were known for using speed/skill to gain the zone instead of dumping the puck in.

We could go days and days on this trade, but I truly believe that he was not only treated unfairly, but under-utilized in MTL. I think he is going to flourish in Arizona, and be given every opportunity to be a really good forward for them.
