Blues are likely done.

Bolts are done for the offseason, and that's fine.

Strong at center. Good wingers. Deep. Excellent top 4 d-men. Somewhat meh bottom pairing. Great starter and a serviceable backup.

No complaints here.

The Buffalo Sabres I don't think are done due to the logjam of defenseman and forwards they have on the bottom lines. There has to be trades or buyout or a cut of some sort. Larsson who they signed might not make the roster either of the two years he just re-upped for and Guhle, a top prospect defenseman or Nelson (a good young scoring defenseman) both might not have roster spots for the rest of their contracts. Something has got to happen

Actually would not shock me at all if the Bolts make a move for a RD. Its their glaring weakness and something I think Yzerman would like to address in some form. No idea on who they could target but it could be a superstar, real good NHLer, or plug the hole type.

Probably the most active team this off season.

Kings are done. I’d be surprised if a trade went down before season.

TDL I’d expect Martinez, Muzzin, Lewis, Clifford. Possibly trade bait depending where the team is. I’d think dump them for cap space and prospects.

They need a 33yr old 3rd pair Dman at $6.8mil until 2030 and a 33yr old goalie at $6mil with Vertigo who hasnt been on the ice since January. Conditional 5th turns into a 4th if Panarin scores 70 points Dubois thrown in as a sweetener to make it worth while for the Hawks.

Wow that’s pretty special that teams make it their final priority to inform EK on whether they are done or not.

Jets have to start promoting their draft and develop players that are NHL ready and move some of their players that have been passed by these kids in size. speed, skill and affordability. Appleton, Roslovic, Niku, Poolman, Lemieux, Vesalinen and Petan are ready to make the jump to the big team. This would come at the expense of players like Copp, Kulikov, Myers, Tanev, Dano, Morrow, Charoit even, Trouba and Little. Can't see Maurice playing so many rookies and young players with very little NHL experience.
