So, had my annual check up today and doc asks me if there's anything else I wanted to discuss. Normally I just say, "Nope...all's good." But this time, after hearing all the personal stuff some people talk to their doctors about, I decided I wouldn't let this go.

So, I said to my doc, "Doc..I have trouble making friends".

He immediately says."You're suffering from low self esteem...you dumb, ugly, piece of poop."
