With Zetterberg most likely not playing I'd guess there will be a spot for both guys.

Zadina-Larkin-Nyquist
Bertuzzi-Nielsen-Rasmussen
Vanek-AA-Mantha
Abby-Glendening-Helm
Witkowski-Frk

Team is going to be beyond bad this season. Time to hope Z hangs them up, the kids get an opportunity, and the team finishes in the cellar. Lose for Hughes!

Hey Sven... the Griffins are going to look a WHOLE lot different this season (this is a good thing). Nine players from last year's roster are gone. Including Tangradi, McCollum, etc.. Can't remember all of them. Curious to see which top prospects wind up in GR. Could be a fun season to catch some games. I do think it was good that Holland actually did something smart and traded Russo.

Hronek had passed him on the depth chart and Cholowski, Sulak and and our new defensive prospects are now in the system so not much room for him. Glad he helped us win the Calder Cup though... that was fun.

It'll be interesting for sure. I'm hoping to catch a handful of games myself, although I no longer live walking distance from the arena. Bummer.

Whichever of the "first time pro in North America" prospects wind up in GR out of Ras, Zadina, Cholo, and Sulak will obviously be high on my watch list. But I'm almost more interested to see what (if anything) Svech and Saarijarvi will do with the added responsibility. If those guys don't have monster years, I would say their NHL futures will look pretty sketchy at best.
