Schwartz-Schenn-Tarasenko was only a line last season for about a month. Tarasenko was paired with Stastny the majority of the season, and will likely stick with O’Reilly the majority of this season. Also, questioning the blueline doesn’t make much sense. The Blues have had one of the best bluelines in the league over the past six seasons. The issues last season were injuries and lack of goals. They can’t expect to contend for the cup with the 30th-ranked PP.

I feel very confident that this team will rebound with big time. They are strong at every position with Jake Allen the only question mark and I think he will be fine. The powerplay now has some key additions that will change last years numbers. Bozak, Perron, O'Reilly up front are all pp producers and I also think this is going to be a big year for Dunn. He showed flashes of brilliance and his future is bright. Looking forward to Blues Hockey.

The Blues dman aren’t slow ha. Biggest issues last year were the power play and scoring goals. Blues were 6th in goals against and 24th in goals scored. So many games were the offense never showed up. Additions should improve both those areas. Goaltending just needs to be a bit better than average then.

jake will be ok if the bleus score 3 plus goals a night on average

More goals takes the pressure of the keeper

Is Tarasenko ready for training camp? Is there a higher risk of reinjuring the same shoulder as I do not know any details other than a six month recovery was stated.

It's the Blues. They might be very good, but not great. With their goalies there is a chance they miss the playoffs again.

Most goalies are like Pat Riggin, lol There are only a handful that you can rely on year after year. I think Allen will be fine.
