That background bird is a key player in this gif, Kick.
That background bird proves the film isn't manipulated (i.e. slowed down) as it's moving at a regular life speed.
That background bird confirms foreground bird is tripping mother(frank)ing balls - Giroux_Is_God

Eklund was RIGHT! 876 days ago he said a Karlsson trade was imminent and here we are. Just a short 876 days later. |

Pretty funny how Eklund had predicted EK to half the league in a host of silly trades and then tries to take credit when he goes and it's all over twitter. What a boob!!!! |

The Senators should be embarrassed. This return is absolutely atrocious. |

You're kidding right? You must have become a Kings fan when they won their first Cup a few years ago. I have been one since the purple and gold days pre-Gretzky and have loved a crap team for decades. Even the era between Gretzky and Palffy when Kristich was their best player. So, I can totally imagine what Sens fans are going through since I have gone through it as a Kings fan for many years.
As a side note, seriously, no other team could come up with a better deal for EK? That is sad. - Bojangle
This is just a stupid ignorant comment.
Family has had season tickets since 98. I’ve been watching since 1996. I’m 30 now. I also remember the dumpster fire teams Dave Taylor put together. What these Sens fans are going through is no where near what kings fans have ever been through. Yes I get it kings had mediocre teams for a long time. Don’t compare the 2
Oh btw don’t compare the Blake trade. No where near comparable. Old and was declining. Yes I was upset he was traded for the record.
Butch goring is the only one that I can see kings fans being comparable to this trade, mind you he didn’t want to be traded. Little history lesson for you.
Carry on old man. |

Watching both Dorion's and EK's pressers, the between the lines stuff was so apparent. The sens offered EK a contract that didn't meet his dollar expectations, so Karlsson refused and they knew that they would lose him in a year. The sens are playing moneyball and I'm sure they offered him exactly what they felt he was worth, to the penny. Using some variation of WAR when negotiating with one of the supreme talents in any industry is not going to work out well. It might be fair on whatever scale being used, but it will never keep the best producers. |

Tavares says "Hello".
But yes, it was awful. And I am not a Karlsson fan. I didn't like his game but he was an exceptional talent none-the-less and a very good citizen and member of the community.
I live in Ottawa so I can tell you: People here are despondent.
Eugene is gonna need to only go out at night, leopard crawl behind bushes and serpentine to his car so nobody can get a clear shot.
Because otherwise, the fans will put a round in each eye, drive a stake through his chest, then decapitate the body and burn it before scattering the ashes on running water to make sure he can never again return to haunt the land of the living. |

Love that they have a clause in there that a pick becomes a 1st if they flip Karlsson back to the East. Would be so bloody brilliant if they did that anyway and still got a better return. |

Sorry thats a awful lot for a one year contract. If they can resign him its excellent.,If they cannot and he goes elsewhere. It is a lot of picks for a one year rental player.
