Ek usually does decent on one summer time trade each year.. couple years ago he was spot on about Subban/Weber. Not so much the Ovechkin to Nashville or Malkin to Chicago rumors.

I will officially burn my Senators jersey when I get home. Won't attend another game or spend another cent in support of that corksoaker Melnyck.

Couple firsts, a second, an underrated 3C thats works his ass off, and a NHL quality defenseman. A couple other throw ins that i dont know much about admittedly. I would say Ottawa did sufficient in getting as much as possible for a rental player.

The rebuild is on and those firsts along with NHL players are huge.
