The defense is horrible.
The goaltending may even be worse. - Aetherial
Time to shop Gardiner IMO.
His offense is undeniable but D is a much bigger hole than anything lost. Too many shots & breakdowns has to stop. Freddie will get worn out if out. Both back ups tonight were sieves. Then we have our goaltending who scares nobody 😂😂

Listen, I'll tell it straight.
You get all defensive & pissy at the mere mention of a bad opinion of your beloved team. I comment about things you only think about & aren't willing to admit - although you did admit to being worried about the Tavares contract. Good for you.
Cyber bullying isn't funny - it's a crime. You don't know someone but you comment as if you do. You tell people they are idiots, butthurt & a poop person but have zero idea of who that person is.
Congratulations you are a cyber bully. Own it. - Aussiepenguin

Well the ducks need another top 6 foward. So we can make a deal. Thing is I don't think the leafs are really motivated. Everybody loves nylander. And if managment trades him there will be backlash. It's a lose lose situation for Toronto. Keep him and overpay. Or trade him and risk the ire of leaf fan. Tell yah what. I don't think lou lameriello would care what the fans thought. He'd make the trade if he thought it make his team better. Heck Lou already did it once when he traded for Freddie. |

Regarding the bolded.
Read my post above this one of yours.
It was a response to someone who had something negative to say about the Leafs.
Then delete your account because, honestly, you are too stupid to even manage the responsibility of a Hockeybuzz account. Most of the socially functional people that frequent these boards would not believe that was possible, but you are living proof, that it is possible. You are like a (frank)ing unicorn; a stupid unicorn.

This comment is stupidity at its worst.
This unicorn knows how to run a successful business for a long time that employs people.
So it appears you don't know as much as you think.
There's a thing we say over here & I think you know about it over there. If you can't identify the stupid person in the room, it probably means you are that stupid person. |

I am concerned about cyber-bullying for my 12 year old son.
It is laughable when discussing a person who has trolled Leafs fans for literally months now, non-stop.
Now he is a victim.
... maybe, just maybe, he should stop trolling. |

But... do you run your business, from your iphone, on the beach.
Nobody gives a poop what you do for a living dude. I have had debates with "advanced stats" guys for years on these boards. It would be amusing for me to one day tell them what I do for a living, but I don't, because nobody cares.

When are the Islanders going to get a blogger? I live in Canada and don't get to see enough games to do the team justice, but they are a good young team. It would be nice to have someone on your site that could discuss stories about the team and share opinions and lead discussions. I would be willing to do it, but it would be better from someone who got to see them more. And yes, the Islanders have the pieces to trade for Nylander and should take a shot at him, even if it means having to bring along a contract like Marleau's for the remainder. Toronto is looking at next year as being a key year for them and certainly a guy like Bellows would improve their D corp and/or possibly Boychuk. |

They would also have to fill that wing position .Tanev and Goldobin maybe .I actually think Minny would be a better fit as I point out here https://gametakes.com/rLOwHp7Kzq |

I give the Toronto fans more credit than that. The issue isn't "loving" Nylander imo. The issue is you also have to sign Matthews and Marner. You've got Tavares at 11M, and probably Matthews too. Nylander is rumored to want 8M. Then there's Marner. I don't think the team can afford all three at those #'s. I think the fans get that. If I'm wrong, please educate me. |

Your comprehension of the subject matter of what you actually write needs to be reviewed by you.
Your accusation that I can't handle my hockeybuzz account was refuted by me saying I have done & do handle a business that employs people.
I haven't actually told you what I do for a living wienerhead.
And yes, my phone is a valuable tool that I use everyday. |

yeah it is even worse, you can't have four forwards making that much.
It is also about WTF has Nylander done to deserve the money he is (supposedly) asking for? Someone is giving him very bad advice. |

Yeah what you said is logical. But since when has leafs fan been logical. And Kyle dubas is a unknown. Everything he has said is that he's is going to try and sign nylander. And emotions have a ton of sway on fanbases. Angry fans don't show up to games. They don't buy merchandise. But they will call for dubas's head if they think he's ruined the team. Not to mention that Toronto has a huge passionate fanbase.
And this is a big moment. What happens to nylander can sway the course of this franchise for 2 or 3 years. Nylander is the biggest trade chip. He's the only thing they can afford to lose that can get them that top dman they really need. |

Leafs would have to add to get a top pairing guy, especially one young enough to grow with the core.
It is tough to even imagine a dman like that is available. |

It's got to a point now where any & every comment I make about the Leaves that resembles something that isn't showing what a fantastic team they are is treated with this - as above.
It's pretty sad to think someone gets so knotted up over someone saying something about his/her team that isn't always great.
There's still no excuse to tell someone to delete their account. Guys an arrogant wienerhead! - Aussiepenguin
Why don't you just stay off the Leafs page because frankly they don't like you. |

Love how knucklehead fans like to point out the cup drought in leaf land. How about Nucks hav NEVER won a cup? Been in the league for 48 years and counting. I like the Leafs chances of winning before Nucks. Good luck in the draft Lottery, 15th pick should be a good one this year. - winsix
But the Leafs haven't won in 52. So... The Leafs have gone longer. And the Canucks have been in the Final this millennium, the Leafs haven't. Something something throwing stones. |

Winsix is a one dimensional crony.
The old regurgitated we won a cup when you weren’t in the league just after colour tv was invented & only took 2 rounds to win in a 6 team league that 4 teams made the PO’s. The guy is a miserable 12yr old. 😂😂
Ppl like him give real Leaf fans a bad name.
Scoreboard time...
Leafs ZERO 4th round PO series
Canucks more than ZERO
Both are long standing cup wannabes. |
