Peter , your articles are becoming more and more pure garbage all the time with all these stupid twitter reactions and clear biases ( Myers was very good last night) . Your supposed to be a hockey analyst but instead, you just seem to be regurgitating twitter trash lately or coming up articles on politics or with dumb reasons to change perfect lines like the TLC line with a player who just got waived and was lucky to even get picked up.

WE WON 4-1. Why not focus on why our PP (1-3-1 formation) has become top 5 in the league or why our PK has suddenly killed off something like the last 14 in a row ( I think) (Diamond vs umbrella, or Triangle +1 vs 1-3-1). No one cares about twitter trash reactions. That's just lazy reporting.

Agreed....Trouba has been on the ice for all the regular time goals in the last 2 games. No analysis of why, just throw up some rhetoric to please a few readers and create controversy.

I don't even bother reading the articles anymore, it appears that posters have more interesting things to say anyway.

since I’ve missed the last two games I’ll hold off on opinions till after I see tomorrow’s game, but I’ll probably be late watching as my little one has lessons at the same time.

Vesalainen is now a Moose. The implications are that we are a 22 man roster to save some cap while at home (and possibly even on the road). The other implication is that Petan must be game ready enough that they felt it was safe to make the move.

Lemieux has looked quite good in his first two games albeit with limited minutes so it appears the Jets assessment was correct with regards to their depth charts. Time will tell on that front.

Mike McIntyre wrote an excellent article in today Free Press on the Jets practice routines. Great read , not to be missed.

I have game 2 of my 4 game set today ... nothing that I saw vs Canucks worried me quite frankly ... careful & tight through 2 periods then Jets broke er open

Big Bad Byf comes back and tallies 3 pts ! ... one of my buddies who is joining us today is not a Byf fan - so the post game revelry will include plenty of post game analysis

Myself - I'm keeping a keen eye on Troubs' play and am glad to see Brossoit getting a start

Of course the Myers Stans are all crotchety after another 70/57 circus act. Scapegoating Trouba because rescinded trade request two years ago.

I’ve counted 10 extremely poor Myers decision/give aways and it’s only the end of 2nd
Glad he scored on his second grade A chance and it was also nice of Trouba to draw 2 forwards to him before sliding a perfect pass to Myers and letting him walk in alone. Did any one notice the very next shift a poor Myers pinch almost cost us?

Other notes,
-Shief and wheeler were horrible
-Laine has still not shown enough improvement in our end that he should have by now
-Morrisey is going to get paid in 2 years, very smart to bet on himself with bridge
-Trouba had a nice game although did get beat clean again on a one on one
-morrow can not not be blamed for Myers poor play. Myers may be worse?
-that Keller kid can play and shoot.
-Lemieux looked good. As did that line.
-buff is making me people forget how bad Chairot is, cause he clearly is
