Ive been sayin this poop for years!

Sensors in skates and pucks will have 100% accuracy in offsides, puck crossing goalie lines and etc.

Can also track skaters speeds, stick speed!

I don't think that's what this is about. More about compiling data for statistical analysis.

Check out this idea...

Sensors to sense offsides. When it a delayed offside and stuff, the red plastic between the glass and white boards is red LED and becomes bright when there is offside, on that half of the ice. Also it can glow red when there icing and all this is realtime and accurate because its just math and programming.

Not to mention it'll look sick from the stands and new followers would understand the game easier with all these visuals.

So we can do away with linesmen, because they just take up space and go back to 2 ref system.

No thanks. I cringe at the idea of taking away the human element of the game. Whether that is officiating, coaching, or team building.
