I have noticed how the Preds have a hard time against teams with an aggressive forecheck. There are times when they simply can not get the puck out of their defensive zone. So far Pekka and Juuse have been able to steal those games. That should not be an issue with the D-men this team has.

That's always been the case and why the PP stinks. Just get in their face or present a good forecheck and they'll turn it over.

Preds were 6 - 0 on the road going into last night's game, not 5 - 0.

No matter as they're now 7 - 0. I'll take all we can get at this still-early stage of the season.

Still early? We are now 15 games into the season. That's almost 1/5th of the season. The two points they got last night will count as much as two points they get in April. This team should only get better when Arvy comes back and lets not forget Watson will rejoin the team soon. I'm stoked

You're not the only one. This problem is also prevalent on the penalty kill. I've seen it so many times, where a Pred gets possession and for whatever reason, can't get enough on the clear to get the puck passed the blue line. (I know it's possible, opposing teams are doing it about five times per Preds power play this year) Not to single anyone out in particular, but Jarnkrok really seems to struggle clearing the puck, or at least he's the one I notice the most. Not every Kill is going to be crisp but when you get the puck on your stick, you got to find a way to get it out of there.

The JoFA Line is definitely missing Arvy. You can see it in how they are defending Foresberg
