That's the danger of teams playing above their current potential. Sure it's great the kids are playing well here but if they start chucking away prospects/picks for rentals yipes...

Sure there is always a chance you might get a decent winger or dman out of it but just stay the course and all will be well.

I think he sold Aqua on staying the course of the rebuild, and hopefully he knows (and can convey) that they're massively exceeding expectations. If more starters go down, I think he'll just start pulling form Utica, or make some really easy depth moves (trading for AHL vets)... we also have Ganger if things get really terrible

Perhaps some of the “call ups” are showing that they are already better than the “starters”... don’t recal them putting up an 8 spot when fully healthy
