Islanders Buzz : Georgiev Outplays Lehner, Isles Drop Second Straight

Lehner was out of position on almost every goal

Same old Islander issue, can't clear zone. too soft clearing end.. its resulted in so many goals already this year

Not a surprising outcome when you apply a lot of youth and speed against this team. The D was doing ok because they were staying healthy up to a few games ago but unfortunately they looked like last year's in the last week giving up five plus goals per game.

Islanders need to bring up Toews. Play Dal Calle on the second line replacing Kuhnhackl for the next two games and see how he does. If he doesn't play well then Belllows should be brought up. If an RW gets hurt, then JHS should be brought up.

The Barzal, Ebs, Tito line hasn’t been together for a while now, conversely I believe they should be united as should the Lee, Nelson Bailey line.

I think the injuries are starting to take their toll but no excuses they need to go out there and execute and beat the Devils.

I believe we will see Toews sooner than later.

The Barzal-Ebs-Tito line was split up, because they were a defensive nightmare. Those guys are all talented, but only offensively......at least based on what they've shown so far.
