Goldy finds his accuracy & he can do it.
Playmaking is fine but still iffy at times so sniping will go along ways to make it tick.

Since we struggle without a point shot threat or get many garbage goals it comes to being lethal on sniping goals. Scoring off the rush is hard to do in todays game & we are not suited for it yet. Its rare we get odd man rushes & need accuracy & good ol dogging the puck to get our chances. Doesn’t help that our D don’t activate deep into the rush & open up east west chances.
We have the speed throughout the lines but our 5 man units are not scaring anyone.

I hearya but i don’t get into ego stuff if it gets our scoring up. I look at the Leafs & see how having Reilly & Gardiner gets the breakouts going or they skate it out.

As for the big bucks yes that’s the big issue but we have the cap space. A bonus laden contract would be how to go maybe.
