Absolutely asinine.
You're not willing to let go of Lindberg or Carpenter? Guys who keep being scratched every 2 or 3 games? |

I bet they are testing if these new guys can tread water so to allow them to make a trade with Pirri for an absolute upgrade. |

Hawks brood here (VGK is my B team) -- I've been high on Pirri since 2011, no clue why he can't stick, he's been a plain talent since the rock |

Watched him as a Ranger. Started off hot and then disappeared. Scored as much in the first 10-15 games as the rest of the season. When he wasn't scoring he wasn't doing much else.
Maybe he's changed. Good for him if he did. |

what an absolutely stupid move - when you call a guy up it's rare that they actually perform and take advantage of the opportunity, yet Pirri does in every way, and they still send him back - shame on you Vegas, POS move.

McPhee literally cannot get out of his own way
GM of the year last year? What a joke
Trades the farm for Tatar, doesn't play him, Packages Tatar with another farm (Suzuki) has to retain salary and trades them for a guy who was to be a FA in a year, then gives that guy (Patches) 7 million
Catches lightning in a bottle with Pirri and Stastny (His Big FA signing) and then waves Pirri for some scrub
Genius..... |

Wow, still though can see the club's thought process. Also, wouldn't want him to stay and be a scratch at game time . That being said if he goes down and plays regularly and keeps point total on a upward swing he will probably be up again in this season. It sometimes is just a numbers thing with moving players back and forth. |

I don't get how this guy passes through waivers... - Mashadar
Waiver rule:
A player does not need to pass through waivers if the player has not been on the NHL active roster for a cumulative 30 days since last clearing waivers, and has not played in 10 or more NHL games. CBA Reference 13.2(b)
He does not need to go through waivers. |

From what I hear its only cuz he's waiver exempt. They plan on making a roster trade to bring him back up |

You say that like it’d be a bad thing.
I’d gleefully give Vegas my left (frank)ing nut if they’d take Lucic. |

Is it conceivable GMGM would take Burakovsky from the Caps for this guy. Maybe with a pick thrown in? |
