How good is Petry!? He's actually playing solid D on top of getting those points.

Good to see Danault chip in with some O.

Great to see the kids in the tourney succeed.

As for the Habs PP... I think Habs need to trade for a PP-specialist left handed D. Since Markov's departure, the Habs PP's been terrible. Too bad none of the forward can offer a solution.

Is it me or was Julien playing the 4th line every second shift in the 1st period last night?

I wonder what it would take for Arizona to give up Oliver Ekman-Larrson. Arizona doesnt look like they re gonna be competitive any time soon. He'd be an excellent fit for the habs, and is the kind of player I wouldn't mind giving up a significant prospect for.

"We also learnt this week that Carey Price would be the Canadiens' representative at the All-Star Game ..."

Not that anyone watches the All-Star game anyway but Price? Seriously? ... the guy couldn't stop a beach ball at the start of the season.

This insane cult to this Price deity has to stop ... we're already paying him an obscene amount of money and he only plays when His Lordship feels like it.
Let's all pray (for our playoff salvation) that his hemorrhoids don't act up again. Sheesh!
ENOUGH ALREADY!!!

Couldn't they have come up with someone who ACTUALLY helped the team this year?

PS: Good blog as always Karine.

It would take a lot, probably more than the Habs would be willing to give up... he just resigned and was named captain

I don't think anything is happening.... a depth move maybe.... maybe getting rid of the "real" David Schlemko for a bag of pucks?
