Deangelo and Koekoek were no slouches as prospects. They've had a fair share of 2nds and 3rds look promising but not make the transition to AHL well. Been a big reason they always seem to be in the trade market for D and have hung onto Coburn so long.

The probability of these guys becoming full time NHL players is very slim. Even guys with high expectations like Dahlen may not ever make it.

The better the Canucks get the less spots are open. You need to preform hard every shift and on top of that you have to be very good.

Not at all Beagle's numbers his past 4 seasons in WAS plus the cup ring speak for themselves. Only played 22 healthy games here.
