Weal is truly the definition of a borderline NHL player, maybe a call up here and there, but nothing more. He is a decent skater, not bad with possession, but that all depends if there is anyone, I mean anyone including refs, are around him. He has the balance and strength of a 12 year old girl scout, he will be on the ice most of his shift. |

Jordan Weal needs to be in the top 6 or he is not effective. He was not able to settle into a role in Philadelphia..not for lack of trying. |

Fans, journalists & bloggers have no ‘right’ to the medical information about any player. The NFL does it because gambling is more important to the league than the welfare of their players.
Watch the games or not, buy the sweaters and memorabilia or not. You don’t have the ‘right’ to know what a player’s injury is, unless you are getting a paycheck with the team’s logo on it. |

Weal absolutely plays his heart out trying, Little soft on the puck at times but the Skill, Want and Smarts are there Just needs to play with some talent in scoring situations, If he's playing third and fourth "checking" role he'll be a disappointment but with the right guys around him the kid has talent. |
