I think they would take a trade to a contender to try and win a cup. - Greschnergy#4
Why would a good tem want Marc Staal? He's not very good and carries a terrible cap hit. |

Why are you guys confusing me with facts?
All of them have two years left and Staal is playing well and his salary is no longer out of wack.
In any case I agree i have propsed a lot of “ifs” but not any more than hoping a late first or second round pick amounts to anything |

Only way I could see Staal leaving is if a contending team has multiple injuries on defense, we retain some salary, and there is a god
I think Staal is a probably a great guy and works hard every year, its just he has never been the same since his brother decked him and the puck to the eye |

We dissed Girardi and he ended up getting top line minutes with Tampa.

I’m looking at my Callahan and McDonagh jerseys and thinking... If Tampa wins the cup, Gerardi will be the only one I am really happy for. |

Does 31st overall really matter? I say not enough to see them all win with a different team. |

For this team, it does. They need more prospect depth at every position. |

You’re really that bitter a person that you wouldn’t want to see guys who bled for this team (and Miller) win a championship?
I would be so thrilled for G it almost wouldn’t matter it wasn’t New York. |
