Stone, Dzingle, Muzzin, Tyfolli, Silfverberg, Zuccarello, Ferland, Faulk, Schenn, Parayko, and the list goes on.

Katz said the Oilers absolutely better make the playoffs this year.

Whatever you do, you’d better do it soon, clocks a ticking..

I say Fuk this year already, fire Chia and focus on next year, but Chia’s seat is so hot right now both Puljujarvi and your 1st are pretty much guaranteed to be going somewhere..

I can’t cheer for the team to lose but hey if they happened to miss the playoffs and Chia got fired my feelings wouldn’t be hurt.....I think both Dreger and Friedman reported that it’s unlikely that Puju gets moved unless they get a really good offer but it appears the 1st round pick is up for grabs....not for a rental tho but for a player with term

Canes lost Skinner and Lindholm, and Ferland is asking 6mil according to Bingo, so he’s gone too.

Lots of RHD in Carolina, sounds like they are willing to part with any one of them for top 6 forward help.

Maybe you could pry Hamilton out of Carolina for Puljujarvi, Jones/Bear and a 1st? Doesn’t really give the Canes a top 6 forward immediately, but it would help out with your defence, just don’t know how that would work with your cap.

Hamilton has shown he is a good player regardless of what’s happening this year but I’m sitting here and wondering why is it that the guy seems to get traded every year now? Sounds like a risk to me....but he does fill the need for a RHD

I beleive we can get higher value on a 1st round pick a Caleb Jones a Jesse Puljujarvi, a Ryan Spooner and a third round pick in exchange for A Tyler Toffoli and A Jake Muzzin.

Do you beleive that all that is worth is for another meh defender, lets be honest Muzzin is okay. We dont give up the farm for okay. And Toffoli is another middle of the pack forward, I do not beleive he is anything more than aTop 6 - top 9 kind of guy. You dont give up 1stst, a jones, or a pool party for that kind of quality.

Did you eat crazy pills.

I know in Calgary he was known to skip out on team functions and dinners, was indifferent on whether we won or lost, and was pretty introverted. That was livable in most ways.

What he did do was skip all year end meetings with the team, the media, the coaches and most importantly the GM and management. That’s some get your ass fired in a hurry in the real world.

It was classless and a complete slap in the face to the entirety of the franchise. So his ass got traded in a hurry, and with so much hype around him after such a great year, Brad traded him at the best time possible.

Couldn’t be more happy with the results.

Is Jesse Puljujarvi really that bad, that he's already considered to be traded?? Is he another 1st round dud like Yakupov. Well anyways I'm glad you guys had a stupid GM like Chia pet and didn't draft Tkachuk. Have a good day you filthy Oilers fans, except you WildSchein.

Boy I’ll say. I knew Hanifin was hugely liked in his draft year and was going top 5 guaranteed, and Lindholm went one pick ahead of Monahan at 5, so I was very stoked on our return.

I was very skeptical that we would even consider trading Dougie, but after the year end snub on absolutely everybody, I think the ball started rolling then. And Ferly was talking 5-6 mil for his next contract. Coupled with the crazy management and owner stuff going on in Carolina, Treliving went strait for the jugular.

Dog eat dog world I guess.

Why can't Schwein have a good day too with the rest of us, real harsh of you to single him out for a bad day like that.

True.

His agent was confirmed as saying he didn’t want to play in Canada, then once Fox was traded Adam did a lot of media back pedaling talk for someone who apparently said he had no beef with playing in Canada. Uh huh.

Water under the bridge now anyways. Gives you guys more leverage in prying a defenceman from them doesn’t it?

You ever wonder if they screwed up mcjesus as well? Proper support he should be doing gretzky numbers, I kid I kid, but on the level, It does not seem like many people flourish in the fish bowl of champions. The city where careers go to die. Instead of developing players they think have potential, they stick them in the role they want them to have in the future and hope it works out. Not a proper way to develop your talent pool. I know that befor I finished school, and on the job training. Told oh youre gonna be a superstar, then thrown into the deepend with out the proper training, IM GONNA GET FIRED, or demoted in a real hurry. These youth brought in with huge expectations are ripped apart by the fan base, when it should be on management to put the pieces he is given into the roles they are equipped to handle and build from there.
