Damn man. I know its cliché to bash Buffalo and such. I know it's easy to say there's nothing good about it and everyone leaves, theres a pattern, so on and so on, but...

... really?

What is it everyone is looking for really?

Why is it that half of Buffalo's players claim it's the best, and then the other half check out? Pegula gives the players all the red carpet treatment, best locker rooms, best opportunities, literally all we ask in return is your best.

All these players crying about diminished roles, trade me, trade me, I dont get enough ice time... mofo... play the effin' game to your best. They showed us for 10+ games they have what it takes, then they start slacking off.

You miss home? Cool bro, I dig that. You have like 4 months to go home and be home. The life of an NHL player is demanding. The team requires you to show up. 4th line, top line... play the game. Play it hard. You wanna eusurp other players? Play better.

That is the best article I ever read by Garth.

In St. Louis Berglund began his career not using his physical attributes. Then he started to use his body and still fans claimed he was soft.

No man is soft who can do the right thing for himself and at the sametime accept responsibility and not blame other people.

I hope he is able to heal and live life to its fullest. Mental health is not a simple process. Compared to healing a bone or surgery, mental health is very difficult to heal from. There are no magic pills for most mental health issues. It takes a lot of patience, self-introspection, hard work and hard truths. I've dealt with stuff from the war and it ain't easy.

I've always liked Berglund. This actually makes more sense than just walking out

I always respected Bergy, didn't always like his play. Hope the best for him and he'll probably get a pto for a team next season. Decent player. Good luck and best wishes to him
