Nice article Stewie! We are a dying breed. Being gentle and understanding, but a dependable force that will “fight” anyone or anything based on principles is contrary to modern, pacifist thinking. This thought process is too pervasive in our way too soft scociety, and it has invaded most of our professional sports, including our beloved game. I used to give up my evenings to watch a game with two teams whom I didn’t necessarily like, just to watch the passion, toughness, and fireworks such a game would exhibit. Today’s games are waaaay too soft and boring, devoid of the fire, passion, and boil over altercations of yesteryear. The lawyers, pacifists, and bean counters of today are responsible. Here’s to guyslike you Stewie, from a guy who appreciates what it’s like to “fight” for something one believes in.👍

Dont apologize for nothing the game up and down is too soft and pc. Fighting makes the game better and more entertaining. They need to bring enforcers back.
