I would start Allen vs. Blue Jackets in first game off the bye. CBJ already has 2 games under their belt and I think Allen would be better prepared for what I expect could be an onslaught at the start of the game. Hope I'm wrong, but this doesn't seem like a great situation/decision to start latter half of season on...

Really shows who Berube trusts in net. This could be a very bad thing. Allen being signed to a deal that no other team wants. Blues don't seem to want him either.

I'm glad we got the W and I was wrong. Stats say the team fresh off the bye are not faring well vs. teams with games under their belt since they've gone to this setup though.

CBJ appears to be tucking into nose dive position, however...
