We should be firing the coach

That’s all on housley. We have last change on home ice last time I checked. The last Eichel shift against the Scheif line they got dominated. Then doofus tries that matchup again and they get scored on. That’s why we have the franking Larsson line to take our defensive zone matchups against other teams top players.

Squinting and chewing your gum with your mouth open doesn't make you an NHL coach....

Is it me or is this the second time in the last 3 games that a gassed and exhausted Dalin was on the ice when the opposing team scored??? Bad coaching or in need of more conditioning??

He manages to embarrass himself on a nightly basis. No situational awareness. Not a tactician whatsoever. If we get lucky enough to sneak into the playoffs, can you imagine him winning a series against Babcock, Trotz, Julien, Cooper, Et Al?

Can't fault Hutton, he played very well.

He was good but Hellebuyck was better. 12 games in a row now the team with less shots has won

it never going to happen not this year nor any years that follow..... Look at the islanders lost their best player they are making the playoffs, The Canadians we all made fun of this this past off season, they probably make it too... why? Because they actually have NHL coaching, unlike our Pee Wee coach.

Not enough defensive depth and not enough trust in the coach

Maybe Botts is tanking and Phil is the key piece to that plan?

Unreal. I'm going to go do some more research on the top 10 of the draft.

Coaching doesn't get them stuck on the ice and in their own end for 2 minutes. A bad turnover by a vet who knows better did.

I was gonna check out the whole projected first round. With three potential picks there a lot to look at. I’d like to hear from Gerbs about his mid round favorites, when he comes back around here.

Yep. I’ve seen a good amount of tape on guys after the top ten. That’s where I was hoping we’d be.

Did a bit of research today on FA's for potential offseason moves just for fun, had some time to kill.

I suspect there will be a need for 3 - 4 signings at various levels of play
Obviously, I am NOT suggesting Sabres go after all of those below, rather my top FA targets based on position of need. Some interesting RFA targets, would love to see them go for 1 of the lower level players who are up and coming...like DeAngelo could be a terrific add
Furthermore, these are predicated on
- pushing Sam down to 2RW to distribute scoring to that line
- dumping Sheary as a 2LW, they simply need more there, if they can't dump him, 3LW or 4LW it is for his last year
- moving Girgenson

1RW
▪Mark Stone
2C
▪Kevin Hayes, UFA
▪William Karlsson, RFA
2LW
▪Ryan Dzingle, UFA
3LW
▪Alex Iafello, RFA
1st Pairing RHD
▪Jacob Troba, RFA
3rd Pairing RHD (if Bogo is moved)
▪Anthony DeAngelo, RFA
