Well to be fair, our 4th line sucked.... they haven't scored a goal in over a month.

I guess adding him and Weise can't be much worse.

I do like bringing back Weise at least.

Speaking of 4th lines, has anyone seen an update on Ennis? The 4th line has not been the same since he was out. I think hell add quite a bit for us when he is back.

Weber.

As much as I appreciate Weber, the Danault trade is much more of a fleecing.

The 4th line hasn't been as good as it is right now all season.

Oh nice, hopefully he gets back in for tomorrows game. Push Johnsson up the lineup.

Ennis was playing very well, the 4th line was a threat to score. Sure Johnsson has played well, but he should be higher in the lineup and not on the 4th line.

Price can steal a series. At least old Price could. The Leafs are presently the better team, but the Habs are playing well. I'd still rather play the Habs. I'd hope that Tampa draws Boston, and they just beat the poop out of each other over 7 games. Then when we play Tampa, they're softened up so much that a fierce Gardiner stick-check will feel like a solid board slam.

wait... what?

a fierce Gardiner stick-check?

I need visual evidence that such a thing has EVER taken place.

Maybe it's just me but Weber >>>> Subban. That's why I would rate that as his best trade.

Hey man, I love Matthews. But he doesn't really create much out of nothing. Not lately anyways.

That Pettersson guy is damn good.

Both players will have amazing careers but I do feel Pettersson will edge Matthews in the long run. Play makers always get more points than goal scorers. And Pettersson is capable of scoring a lot too, kids got a mean shot for a player his size.

I don't care if you disagree with what I say either.

"fierce Gardiner stick-check" is code for when Gardiner accidentally bumps his stick into the opposing player and doesn't stop to apologize

Yeah our 4th line has been great. And Goat isnt as slow as people like to say he is. He's looked pretty quick out there this year, just needs to use his size more, he's still soft.

Well results for the Habs with vs without Weber speak for themselves.

He's been amazing.

solid clarification.

I thought for a moment I had had too many beers during recent games - and missed a new development.

Yes. It was intended as an exaggeration. It's as defensive as he gets. That's also why he doesn't apologize . . . . Because he's not defensive!

Can I get a snare riff? Hello?

Watching the goat accelerate is like getting on the highway in a 1996 plymouth breeze.
