Bottom pairing should be Riiko and Petterson. The whole coaching staff can’t be THAT blind that they can’t see Hack Johnson getting burned 8 times a game by faster forwards. Send JJ to WBS and be happy to get the 1 mill in cap space. At this point who’s worse Jack or Scuderi part 2? It’s pretty damn close. |

Point total is killing you. You need a ton of people to lose this week. - Feds91Stammer
Yeah, I don’t think I’m making it.
At least I’ve figured it out though. Three of those losses came from not really knowing how to approach this. Next season I should kill it. |

Youre a blast from the past!
Not sure if you've been reading what we've been saying and just not posting here but 99% of the people around here agree with you about JJ and also wonder how the whole coaching staff can be that blind/moronic regarding JJ.
Its not so much JJ's skating...its his brain or lack there of... |

Thanks, Tony Robbins lol
I’m aware. The first two weeks I was doing it all wrong and the next two I was getting better, but still not there so it was a lot of catch up.
Next season I’ll kill it. |

Still Scuderi was worse. And his cap hit at that hurt us more per year than Jack's with the lower total cap.
Johnson is a smidge faster is the main differencd... both utterly useless players. |

Where is this idea of Fowler coming from for you? Do you watch a lot of Ducks games? - MattStrat
I watch a lot of hockey and I've seen a lot of Fowler dating back to his JR days.
It's weird how so many people on here hate players if they have name recognition. Like fancy stat hipsters. I never said that Fowler was a #1 D, I said he would be a huge improvement to the top 4.
The Ducks suck and just fired their coach. Put Maata in that lineup and see what his numbers look like. Stats can tell a story, but there has to be perspective.

Tell me what team each player plays for and who their most common linemates are and I'll tell you. |

Both are lefties that are former first round picks.
Thats all you get.
Too much context will make your decision biased. |

Fowler has played on some pretty good Ducks teams in the past and has always been fine to subpar surrounded by a pretty impressive D core. This isn’t the case of him sucking on a bad team since the Ducks have only recently nosedived. Fowler isn’t that good and he’s not better than Dumoulin, Schultz, or even Maatta. |

Context matters when determining who is a better player. May as well have posted goals and assists totals without indicating who is playing with Crosby and who is playing with Cullen. |

Malkin and Bjugstad are both doing line rushes. Schultz on the fourth pairing with Ruhwedel so I doubt he draws in. |

That’s because no one on this board seems to think Maatta is good so I have to argue on the majority’s terms. |

Over a 3 year sample QoT and QoC cancel out. If you can't pick one it just shows how bad Fowler actually is. |

So you think he's better than Dumo or Maatta? - MattStrat
I think Dumo does a great job of fitting into a particular role. He is a great support player to go with a guy like Letang.
Honestly, I want Maata to be good but he really isnt anymore. He's about a half step ahead of Johnson. Fowler is massively better than Maata, not even close. |

Horny on the 4th line. Bjugstad playing LW with Geno and Phil. |

Half a step ahead of Johnson? Massively better than Maatta? Well then. And we’re done here. |

Disagree. The fact that your chart implies teammates and competition don't matter shows you how bad the chart is. |

Yeah I got off the trade Hornqvist band wagon a little while ago. When we still had Sheary and Sprong was still at least promising it made sense, but not anymore. You could make the argument with Bjugstad but I feel very strongly that he should play C. - Victoro311
Absolutely otherwise we traded Brass and didn't get a 3c. I think Kessel and him can form a good third line.
