I mean I think guys that might go in that area are Jakob Pelletier, Thomas Harley and Kaeden Korczak. |

Just looked at the remaining schedule and it’s pretty tough, 11 home 16 away and maybe 10 winnable games. They could be in better shape for a top 5 pick then we think |

I don't see how they get closer to Anaheim, Detroit, New Jersey and Colorado(Via Ottawa). |

Probably. I know he's been great in Prince Abert this year. Combined with his strong showing in the WJC. I just have a hard time believing an overager should be picked in round 1. |

I don't have a problem if he gets picked in the mid-20's or later. Things already start to become a crapshoot in that range anyway.
I could even see him potentially being someone the Isles go after, assuming they still have their first when all the dust settles in two weeks. |

Where does the general cutoff end with rankings, after Hughes. Last year it was Dobson /Bouchard if I recall...top 10-12? |

The rankings begin and end with Vitali Kravtsov |

Hughes and Kakko are gonna go 1 and 2. 3 is where the discussion starts. Dach, Cozens, Podkolzin, Byram or Turcotte could all go there. Then after that group the likes of Zegrs, Broberg, Krebs, Lavoie, Kaliyev and Boldy start to jockey for spots. |

Do you mean where do the higher-end players stop, as far as the draft order? |

I think Zegras ends up in the top 5 and I'm not so sure Turcotte makes the top-5. There's a lot of talent in this first round, but outside of 1/2 it's pretty unclear. I've seen Byram ranked in the teens and also around 5. It's pretty murky after Hughes/Kakko and maybe Podkolzin. |

Zegras is having a hell of season. He shined when Hughes away/injured. |

Which one? Big Walt? Matthew? Brady?
I assume you mean Brady. He's regressed to about where I assumed he'd be after a hot start. A good-not-great prospect that was probably taken a little too early. |

NYR announce they've traded Marek Mazanec to Vancouver for a 7th rounder in 2020...Found their back-up...Until Demko gets back.

Yeah that was dumb. They probably had to do that because it's hard to tell your fans you're passing on the 4th overall pick because you plan on sucking a lot more the following year |
