Here's to hoping the trade works out for both teams.

I think the trade definitely works for both teams!..just wondering if Boston has given up on a young player to soon?..again..imho i think that stall would of been the better option?..but good luck to everyone involved

Donato looks like an exciting young player. At least he did last night and the few times I saw him play with Boston. Coyle was a good guy and a decent player but way too inconsistent on the ice. A frustrating player to say the least. Would show signs of brilliance for a game or two then not unlike Nino, would disappear for weeks at a time.

My guess is (like most players that leave Minnesota)Charlie will raise his level of play a notch and we will get to hear about how the Wild got fleeced etc... not unlike the Nino trade chatter. And I hope he is successful in his home town. Unfortunately he needed to go, good trade or not. But we won’t really know who won the trade til next season.

Really liking this kid line of donato ek and kunin. greenlay made a great point about it during the pregame, having those 3 young guys together lets them play how they want, they dont have a vet on their line that they feel they need to default to. Hopefully they keep it up, donato is seeming to fit in quite nicely.
