People on here have always had a thing for Montour, I think GMJB did good. It's also good that if Guhle does become a star (which is more than possible) He will doing it out West.

Good move for both teams. Montour is a talented player who will probably benefit from a change in scenery and a new role, and the Ducks were going to have a hard time extending him a year from now.

Guhle adds speed and will be more affordable until the Ducks get out from under the Getzlaf/Perry/Kesler contracts. And the 1st helps the Ducks restock or make a move on draft day. A good hockey trade for both teams

Think you’re confusing Montour and Guhle with someone else. Montour has actually had the better start to his pro career than Guhle.

Getting one up on the leafs is basically a cup in Buffalo. They can't call up a player from the minors without making it about the leafs.

Montour could be a nice pick up. Skates well. Good passer. Not sure if he is big/physical enough to be elite. I am confused a bit though, GARF had told everyone Guhle was gonna be a star!

Has anyone considered approaching him and getting him to show you on the doll where someone touched you that could possibly result in a good Canadian becoming a Buffalo fan?
