It's not like the Kings over the past decade were ever scoring a ton og goals. I doubt there are many goaltenders with poor gaa or svpct against them even when they were great.
Jake is also only 5-3 against LA in 9 games. Not exactly dominant. Quick usually out-dueled him.

Calling the Blues a bottom feeder team?? we normally lose to the worst cause we play down to their level. Blues beat the best normally.

Sorry for the missed comma. I was referring to the Kings as the bottom feeder team. Blues are 3rd in their division, so wouldn't call them a bottom feeder. Didn't think that could be misconstrued

Yep. He made a mis-speak about a new acquisition who mostly hasn't been noticeable in the NHL for years. I'll give him a pass especially when you consider his lifestyle (traveling for work, charity events, award ceremonies, etc).

He was completely on top of most of it and offered un-led commentary on his own. The broadcast team was leading him down a path to talk about how good the team was playing and the big lead and he completely shifts the narrative on them about how great it is to see Allen playing well and earning some confidence back, how both goalies have stumbled lately, something he worried about after a big winning streak. The guy more than held his own imho.

If it was 92% you might have a point. 94% over that many games says something imho....oh and it only went higher after last night
