Ship without a rudder. Once players start voicing their problems with how the team is being ran, it is a hint and a half for your ass that things are out of control. Even if a miracle happens and they keep it together long enough to make it to the playoffs, they will get smoked fast. Cup winning teams don't show weakness at any point, even during stressful times. Sad season again

I think Boudreau is gone one way or the other. Seems like there isn’t much continuity between he and Fenton. I do agree that trotting different players out on the PP every time in real game situations is as Dan said, a recipe for a failure, especially when guys like Bittetto and Aberg are not very good with the puck.

For a guy like Parise to say stuff like this means stuff is bad in Minnesota. He never should have left his real home, New jersey!

He didn't say nothing good about his "home" before he left there either. Devils are on the committee for The Choke Artist Club

I don't think Fenton can really throw all that much blame on BB for this season. Fenton brought in "his own" guy, who is in charge of the pathetic PP that the Wild have right now. So really, Evason hasn't really proven or shown that he should be elevated to the HC position. I think the real question here is whether BB wants to be here with what this team might be over the next couple of seasons.

I think Parise has a real point here. The Wild traded away 3 guys from the PP in Nino, Coyle and Granlund. Granted, Granlund was really the only effective guy on the PP. And with those trades, the have only added 2 guys that should be on the PP in Donato and Fiala. I don't think Rask has earned the right to PP time. Fiala looks like he can take over for Granlund, but just needs time to gel with the other players on it. And the Wild should take a page from the Florida PP. Sit Donato on that right side, just like Hoffman and let him snipe. Single D high, Fiala on the far halfwall running the show, Parise down low on the side of the net and Staal parked a few feet above the crease. Donato fires away with Parise and Staal crashing. Best passing Dman would probably have to be Suter (as much as I want him off of the PP), to play catch with Fiala, as one of them waits to get that shot over to Donato. I suppose they could put Brodin out instead of Suter.

Yeah, it's so simple of a fix...I should be running the show.

2nd unit should run 2 Dman, with one of them being Hunt and the other being Spurgeon. Have Greenway and Foligno sitting on the top of the crease and Zucker floating around between the faceoff dots, ready for a quick shot. Actually, I am not completely sold with Zucker here either, as his best asset is speed, which doesn't really play well when on the PP, unless it is to give him the puck to race in the offensive zone, keeping possession of the puck.
