New college free-agent signing Josh Teves took Friday's morning skate but his playing debut remains uncertain.

Any player would struggle here going from the PP in BOS with Bergeron-Marchand-Krejki to the dwindling Sedins. Boston was able to provide Loui depth players to succeed and us...not so much.

McCann look's great. Caught part of the Pit Buf game last night. He did some dancing 4 on 4 and seems to have real good bursts from stand still.

It seems Pitts won the Van / Florida trade. They somehow even got Bjugstad for expiring contracts and late picks (one 2nd).

I guess you can afford to to try things when you're always falling back on a gino and sid.

Well Gents (and Marwood) and Ladies (Carol and Pressy) I am off to California for 8 days to enjoy 27 degree weather. Anaheim Disneyland for the neices/nephews and Ducks Jets game (go Jets!) on Wed and Lakers-Brooklyn on next Friday. Hopefully Lebron dresses lol.

Hopefully you are all ok without the 'Humungous superior intellect for 8 days.

The kid was considered one of the best goaltending prospects in the world like a year ago, now Markstrom level is his ceiling?

I still think he has the potential to be a very good goalie, he's just had a couple of unfortunate injuries this year. Hopefully he can hit reset in the summer and come back strong.

I agree, I think his ceiling is above Marky. No point in moving him now though, let him learn the ropes and see what we have.

Though, to be fair, Marky was once thought of as one of the best goalie prospects in the game too.

Marky stepped it up this season. I can see a 65/17 split approximately next year.
