I stopped reading these blogs about 2 weeks ago. The Pens are a quality team that we're lucky to root for. Sid, "past his prime" is still the best all around player in the league. Geno's still capable of Geno things. The nightmare that is Gudbranson is actually playing tremendous, simple, hockey. We have 3 NHL quality goaltenders...one of which has been playing lights out. Letang seems to be getting better with age. Even Johnson is doing his job.

I mean, hell, we wanted young, fast, cost controlled players that play above their salary...McCann (awesome pickup) Blueger, ZAR, Johnson (from seeing him in the AHL looks like he's ready for a 4th line role), even Rust and Jake play well above salary level.

Yet! RW blogs every negative that could be pointed out. This team is playing well, will most likely match up with the terrible Islanders, or the free falling Blue Jackets. Second round, most likely Washington which is a crap shoot because of the rivalry aspect. If Tampa isn't burnt out and can make it to the ECF...then either we, or Washington, face a generational team. But, we have generational talent with proven playoff depth AND goaltending.

Basically, Pittsburgh has just a good of a shot to win it all as any other Eastern conference team. Plus, our WINDOW, That's been diminishing since Rutherford took over lol, has plenty of room with some of the editions that we've made.

Finally, an Eastern conference team will most likely won it AGAIN this year. Boston, Tampa, Toronto, Caps, Pittsburgh? Who knows. But, I CAN'T TAKE THE NEGATIVITY OF THESE BLOGS YEAR IN AND YEAR OUT!!!!!

Ok...rant done. Everyone tell me what's wrong with this team and why every other team has a better opportunity.

In 7th grade, I had a teacher who was an animal rights' activist and a hardcore vegetarian. I asked her what she'd do if she was dying of hunger and the only thing she could eat was a steak, and she told me she wouldn't eat it. I called her a liar in front of the whole class.

The principal agreed with her that it was a bad choice of things to say.

Thanks man. I JUST got my career back after struggling with a TBI from hockey. And, I made first day, bit missed 4 in a row. I only have a call off line and no supervisor yet. Thankfully the flu's going around though. I should be safe lol.

They’re all over DC. It’s a chipotle style short order place but for gyros. It’s (frank)ing awesome. I love it. The lamb meatball gyro is my go to.

What? The only one who came for the parade was Golden Child as Murray won all 8 SC Final games and 22 out of 32 overall.

I'd advised you to go back and look at playoff Golden Child in 2010, 2012, 2013 and 2014. HE SUCKED!!

There was one two blocks away from my old place last year. I don’t know where the nearest one is to my new place but given that they are Legion in DC, I’m sure there’s one in walking distance. Maybe I’ll try to find it after lent (gave up carbs).
